Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Sellers Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice. Payment is required through one of our accepted methods before an order is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier availability. A delivery OTP is required to confirm receipt of your order.

Returns & Warranty

Products are covered by their manufacturer warranty. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Disclaimer

  1. Goods purchased after a week are not returnable.
  2. Any missing personal items are not the shop's responsibility.
  3. You are only eligible for one month of repair policy on goods purchased here.
  4. Warranty is void if these terms and conditions are not met.
  5. The company is registered under the Registrar General.
  6. Request for resit on any item purchased.
  7. Every item sold to the company must be from a legitimate source.

Limitation of Liability

The Sellers Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
